Shipping

We roast to order and ship fresh coffee within Romania and across the EU.
Orders leave our roastery in 1–3 business days after confirmation.
• Romania: Shipping costs 15 RON for orders under 250 RON. Delivery is free for orders above 250 RON.
• EU: For deliveries outside Romania, please send us a quick message before placing your order. We’ll look for the best shipping option for you, tailored to your location.

Delivery times vary by destination.

Quality over compromise

Choosing coffee can sometimes feel tricky – taste is subjective, and one origin might delight someone while not being to another’s liking. If you’re unsure what to order, just write to us and we’ll gladly help you find the beans that best match your preferences.

And if you’ve already ordered but the coffee doesn’t quite suit your taste, no worries:
• You can return the bag (even opened, as long as no more than a quarter has been used) in its original packaging.
• Along with the return, include a short note letting us know why it didn’t work for you.
• Once we receive it, we’ll happily send you another coffee that might be a better fit — at our expense.

Refunds are still available if you prefer, processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

Keep in mind: Return shipping costs are normally covered by you, unless the product is defective, incorrect, or replaced under our taste guarantee.
